A late Victorian silver and gold, diamond 'man in the moon' brooch. The carved moonstone, with rose-cut diamond surround and knife-edge bar sides. Length 4cms. Total weight 2.6gms.

<li>Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Diamonds bright.<p>
<li>Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents estimated total carat weight.
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Moonstone with small chip to the 'chin' area, some other small nicks and abrasion too.
<li>Diameter of cluster 1.2cms.
