PATEK PHILIPPE - a gentleman's World Time wrist watch. 18ct yellow gold case. Reference 5131J-001. Signed automatic calibre 240, numbered 5509340. Silvered dial with cloisonné detailing to the centre representing the world map, twenty-four hour ring with day and night colouration, outer ring displaying cities of the world. Fitted to a signed brown alligator strap with 18ct yellow gold deployant clasp. 39mm. Papers.
