An early 20th century gold, opal and diamond cluster ring. The oval opal cabochon, with single-cut diamond scalloped surround and foliate shoulders. Estimated dimensions of opal 17.7 by 7.7 by 4.5mms. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Ring size L. Weight 4.4gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, slight discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Band resized, slightly out of round.
<li>Diamonds well matched.
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Opal has a slightly milky white body colour. Good play of colour across a range of hues, predominantly orange hues. Significant abrasion across the upper half of the cabochon, some deeper scratches.
<li>Length of ring head 2.2cms.
