A 1970s 9ct gold novelty brooch. Designed as a squirrel, clutching a seed pearl, sitting atop a textured branch. Maker's marks for Alabaster & Wilson. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1973. Length 4cms. Weight 4.8gms.
