A Burmese ruby and diamond dress ring. The oval-shape ruby, with rectangular-shape diamond trefoil sides. With report GRW2014-073916, dated 3rd October 2014, from GRS, stating Burma, no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct. Italian marks. Ring size O. Weight 4.6gms.
