A pair of late Georgian shell cameo earrings. Each designed as a shell cameo, depicting a male in profile, suspended from trace-link chains, to a similarly-carved cameo surmount. Length 5.5cms. Weight 5.9gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Earrings with alterations. Later replacement chain and hook fittings.
<li>Hook fittings for pierced ears.
<li>Cameo mounts with moderate dents.
<li>Cameos with minor to moderate wear. Two cameos with faint cracks.
<li>Length of cameos 1.4 to 1.5cms.
