A ruby and diamond cluster ring. The brilliant-cut diamond cluster, with circular-shape ruby surround and brilliant-cut diamond-set claw highlight fittings. Total ruby weight 0.71ct, total diamond weight 0.08ct, each stamped to band. Ring size M. Weight 3.8gms.
