BOUCHERON - a 1950s diamond and gem-set powder compact. Of oval outline, the bi-colour sunburst motif, with central single-cut diamond initial 'S' and circular-shape ruby and red-gem star highlights. Signed and numbered Boucheron, 85500. Length 8.2cms. Total weight 162gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Localised more noticeable dents to the edges.
<li>Inner mirror with minor scratches.
<li>Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.<p>
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Rubies and red-gems in good to fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
<li>Some stones are replacements. Not all stones tested due to size and setting restrictions.
