DAVID MORRIS - a pair of 18ct gold gem-set earrings. Each designed as a hinged hoop, with alternate oval-shape citrine and amethyst line, inset to the plain half-hoop. Maker's marks for David Morris. Import marks for Birmingham, 1997. Length 2.3cms. Weight 17gms.

<li>Overall condition good to fair. Some surface scratches/ wear and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Amethyst are a deep purple hue , well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Citrines are a medium to deep orangy yellow hue, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
<li>With fixed posts for pierced ears.<p>
