MIKIMOTO - a topaz and diamond dress ring. The oval-shape pink topaz, with alternately orientated pear-shape diamond line sides. Signed Mikimoto. Topaz weight 3cts, total diamond weight 0.80ct, each stamped to band. Ring size G1/2. Weight 6.7gms. With Mikimoto certificate.
