MIKIMOTO - an 18ct gold Tahitian cultured pearl necklace. Designed as a slightly graduated series of five Tahitian cultured pearls, measuring 10.6 to 10mms, spaced to a trace-link chain. Maker's marks for Mikimoto. Hallmarks for London. Length 44cms. Weight 12.2gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Tahitian cultured pearls are a purplish grey colour, with rose and greenish overtones.
<li>Without the aid of laboratory equipment, it has not been possible to determine if these cultured pearls are from a fresh or saltwater source.
