Five Victorian silk Stevengraphs. 'The First Train' and 'The Present Time', depicting Stephenson's first locomotive in 1825 and a steam train of the 1860s, each 6" x 2", (15cm x 5cm), with printed caption beneath in a single card mount and later gilt frame under glass, together with a framed group of three, The Past' (a horse-drawn carriage),'Present' (a portrait of George Stephenson with his first locomotive and The Rocket') and 'The Present', a steam train emerging from a tunnel, with layer caption above in card mount and framed as per the first.
