The 8-inch break-arched brass dial having a silvered chapter ring with Roman hours and Arabic minutes plus half hour divisions framing a matted centre within mask spandrels, the arch with silvered Tempus Fugit boss, the three-train movement with Westminster and Whittington chimes on twelve gong rods, the case with moulded flat hood over inlaid arch and barley twist columns, the long trunk door inlaid with a tulip, on conforming base and ogee bracket feet, 70", (178cm) high.
