A Flight Barr and Barr Royal Porcelain Works Worcester pot and cover, the cobalt blue glazed body hand painted with a band of flowers, the whole raised upon three winged mythical beasts. 9" (23cm) high.

After further inspection we have regrettably noticed further restoration to this lot. In addition to the rebuilt finial (which is smaller and less flamboyant than the original would have been), the piece has sustained further damage to the winged supports. Two of the three have been professionally restored where the wings meet the body, and the same have also been reattached at the top of the head where it meets the base of the vessel. It is also possible that one of the tails has been remodelled.
