A ruby and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape ruby, weighing 4cts, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround and grooved band. With report 78130-56, dated 22nd November 2017, from GCS, stating East Africa, no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 2cts. Ring size L1/2. Weight 6.5gms.
