OMEGA -a lady's mid 20th century diamond cocktail watch. Of circular outline, the brilliant and single-cut diamond pierced front, opening to reveal a cream dial, with single-cut diamond trefoil bezel and similarly-set diamond graduated scrolling bracelet. Dial and crown signed Omega. Estimated total diamond weight 1.75cts. Length 20cms. Total weight 36gms.
