A late Georgian gold, garnet and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape foil back garnet, with rose-cut diamond surround, fleur-de-lis shoulders and grooved band. Ring size R. Weight 3.9gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Repairs and soft solder visible where the shoulders attach to the ring head. One repair has come unattached.
<li>Diamonds well matched.
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Nicks and surface reaching inclusions.
<li>Garnet is in a closed back setting and presumed foil back. Garnet appears a deep, slightly brownish red hue. Moderate abrasion and nicks.
<li>Estimated dimensions of garnet 7.8 by 6.4mms, unable to gauge depth.
<li>Length of ring head 1.2cms.
