An early 20th century 15ct gold aquamarine and split pearl pendant. The pear-shape aquamarine, suspended from a rectangular-shape aquamarine collet, with split pearl scrolling foliate openwork surround. May be worn as a brooch. Length 4.5cms. Weight 8.5gms.

<li>Split pearls vary in colour, lustre and size. with dark silvery grey, white to off-white and yellowish hues, fair to muted lustre.
<li>Aquamarines are a well matched, medium to light blue, well saturated with good clarity and typical inclusions.
