Lot Description
CHANEL - a vintage black lambskin leather partially quilted handbag. Crafted from black lambskin leather, featuring quilted detailing to the base, gold-tone hardware, a large front slip pocket, chain and interwoven leather handles and dual top clip fastenings. Fastening AF. Measuring 7 by 25.5 by 31cms. With maker's dust bag.

Condition Report
Bag is in good condition overall yet one of the clip fastenings is broken. The lambskin leather exterior has scattered light scratches to the front and back of the bag particularly towards the opening. There is moderate wear to the base corners and piped edges on the top and bottom of the bag. The bag has two push pin clip fastenings, only one of the pins works, the other is loose and does not stay closed. The interior of the bag is clean and in good condition with white marks to the lining and speckled marks in the base. Serial Number: 0540973, circa 1986 to 1988. With maker's dust bag.
