Two diamond and gem-set rings. The first, a 9ct gold triangular opal triplet cabochon with single-cut diamond chevron surround, the second, an oval garnet cabochon two-stone ring. One with hallmarks for Birmingham. Total weight 7.48gms.

<li>Opal is composed of a series of shards of opal set into a black base, with resin surface layer.<p>
<li>Garnets are a dark slightly brownish-red colour, with good clarity.
