A 9ct gold sapphire and diamond pendant. Designed as a pear-shape sapphire and single-cut diamond butterfly, within an openwork heart-shape surround, suspended from a 9ct gold curb-link chain. Hallmarks for Birmingham and Sheffield. Length of pendant 2.5cms. Length of chain 40cms. Weight 3gms.
