A sapphire necklace. The graduated, faceted sapphire bead strand, with Art Deco gold single-cut diamond and rectangular-shape sapphire geometric clasp. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct. Length 50cms. Total weight 77.6gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Diamonds well matched.
<li>Diamonds bright.<p>
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Diamonds with minor pinpoint inclusions.
<li>Sapphires to the clasp are a deep medium blue, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Sapphires are well matched, in good condition, with minor abrasions.
<li>Sapphire beads are well matched, in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges, with significant inclusions, sapphires appear opaque.<p>
<li>Sapphires measuring approximately 9.1 to 7.2mms
<li>Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns.
