A pair of late Georgian gold carnelian earrings. Each designed as a circular carnelian cabochon collet curved hoop. Length 3.4cms. Weight 9.1gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Fire opals are translucent and appear a well matched slightly reddish orange colour.<p>
<li>Fire opals in good to fair condition. One with a fairly significant fracture .<p>
<li>Diameter of collets 0.7cm.
<li>Hinged hook fittings for pierced ears.
