An early 20th century platinum and 18ct gold sapphire and diamond dress ring. Of openwork design, the circular-shape sapphire, with old-cut diamond pierced geometric surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.45ct. Ring size M1/2. Weight 3.6gms.

<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Diamonds with mostly small inclusions, one with moderate surface cavity, one with small chip.
<li>Sapphire is a deep medium blue, well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Sapphire is in good condition with minor abrasions.<p>
