A Ceylon sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape yellow sapphire, with brilliant-cut diamond surround. With report 78153-98, dated 27th April 2018, from GCS, stating Sri Lanka (Ceylon), no heat, estimated weight 5cts. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct. Ring size Q. Weight 5.5gms.
