A mid 20th century 18ct gold opal five-stone ring. Designed as a graduated oval opal cabochon line, with tapered shoulders. Hallmarks for Birmingham, partially indistinct. Ring size M. Weight 4.4gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Gems possible replacements, claws re-tipped.
<li>Opals in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
<li>One of the smaller opals with shallow chip to the back of the cabochon.
