Lot Description

A late Victorian gold garnet and diamond bangle. The vari-shape garnet line, with rose-cut diamond sides, to the engraved half-bangle. Inner diameter 5.7cms. Weight 30.8gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.

<li>Guilt slightly worn.

<li>Diamonds well matched and bright.<p>

<li>Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight, colour or clarity estimation.

<li>Diamonds appear clean with few minor inclusions noticeable under 10x magnification.

<li>Garnets vary, most appear purplish red hue, variation in shape.

<li>Garnets in good condition with minor nicks.<p>

<li>Estimated dimensions of principal garnet 6 by 5 by 2.5mms.
