A mid 20th century platinum diamond five-stone ring. Of openwork design, the old-cut diamond, with similarly-cut diamond kite-shape surround. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct, principal diamond estimated H-I colour, P1 clarity. Ring size I1/2. Weight 4gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Band slightly out of shape.
<li>Diamonds well matched.
<li>Diamonds bright.<p>
<li>Principal diamond with chip to pavilion.
<li>Individual size and setting of non-principal diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Non-principal diamonds with some small dark and light inclusions under 10x magnification. One smaller diamond with indented natural to the edge of the table.
<li>Stamped Plat, partially indistinct.
<li>Length of ring head 1.9cms.
