Lot Description
An 18ct gold diamond necklace. The old-cut diamond collet and tapered panel line, suspended from a similarly-cut diamond lattice chevron surmount, with trace-link back-chain. Estimated total diamond weight 1.25cts, principal diamond estimated I-J colour, P1-P2 clarity. Italian marks. Length 45.5cms. Weight 5.4gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Diamonds well matched.
<li>Diamonds bright.<p>
<li>Principal diamond with two moderate chips to the crown by the girdle. Few minor inclusions seen under 10x magnification.
<li>Individual size and setting of non-principal diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Non-principal diamonds generally with small light, dark and scattered inclusions.
<li>Stamped 750.
<li>Length of chevron section 4.5cms.
