A late Victorian gold amethyst, split pearl and seed pearl brooch. The oval-shape amethyst, with split pearl accent geometric surround, suspending a graduated curb-link tassel with seed pearl terminals, to the vacant glazed panel reverse. Length 4.3cms. Total weight 12.9gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Few links to tassel chain twisted and damaged.
<li>One split pearl with noticeable damage to upper nacre layers, other split pearls in good condition with minor abrasions.
<li>Seed pearls untested for natural origin, glue residue visible at joint.
<li>Amethyst in good condition, with minor abrasions.
