An 18ct gold opal and diamond ring. The oval opal cabochon, with brilliant-cut diamond surround and interwoven loop motif shoulders. Estimated dimensions of opal 19.5 by 14.8 by 4.9mms. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Ring size N. Weight 15gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Some surface scratches and very minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Diamonds fairly bright and well matched.
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Opal is a light milky grey hue. Good play of colour across a range of hues. Moderate abrasions.
<li>Length of ring head 2.5cms.
