Lot Description
A late Georgian 12ct gold portrait miniature locket, possibly depicting an Officer of the Royal Artillery, with seed pearl monogram hair work glazed front.

<li>Overall condition fair to good.
<li>Hair work shows deterioration.
<li>Seed pearl initials believed to read DB, seed pearls loose, some discoloured.
<li>Reverse of locket front appears to be sealed with waxed paper or similar.
<li>Small bead detificent to top of surmount loop.
<li>Painting generally in good condition, deterioration to gold on buttons of coat.
