Lot Description

A late Georgian gold carved agate seal, the pedestal carved to depict Fortuna with diamond and ruby crown, the seal carved with three figures around a cross totem.

Length 5.5cms. 21.3gms.

<li>Small nick to edge of the cowl.

<li>Cornucopia or horn of plenty is carved to the back of the bust.


<li>Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.<p>

<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>

<li>Rubies are a deep medium pinky red hue.

<li>Gems are closed back, presumed foil back fittings.

<li>The pedestal is at a slight angle to the base.

<li>Stated length inclused surmount loop.

<li>Length of Fortuna (excluding surmount and seal base) 3.5cms.
