Lot Description
ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual bracelet watch. Circa 1958. Stainless steel case with yellow metal fluted bezel. Reference 5500, serial 36____. Signed automatic calibre 1530. Champagne dial with baton hour markers. Fitted to a signed bi-metal Jubilee bracelet with Oysterclasp. 34mm. Please see the condition report for details of third party intervention.

<li>Movement is currently functioning.
<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
<li>Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Third party intervention. The dial is a Rolex replacement but appears to be from another model. This is not the correct dial for this watch.
<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing.
<li>Glass has scratches and marks.
<li>Case shows scratches, marks and dints. There appears to have been third party intervention. The bezel is a Rolex part but has been replaced at a later date.
<li>Crown screws down and has scratches and marks.
<li>Bracelet has scratches and signs of stretching and twisting to links.
<li>Clasp is currently functioning and shows visible scratches and marks.
<li>Bracelet measures approximately 18.5cm including case.<p>
