A late Victorian silver and gold carved jade and old-cut diamond cluster brooch.
Estimated total diamond weight 2.25cts, predominantly G-H colour, SI clarity.

<li>Minor discolouration and wear typical of age.
<li>Monogram engraved to reverse appears to read 'E C'.
<li>Diamonds well matched.
<li>Diamonds bright.<p>
<li>Diamonds estimated predominantly G-H colour, SI clarity, few diamonds possible I colour and VS-P1 clarity.
<li>One diamond to one of the scrolls is set upside down.
<li>Jade carved to depict a bird.
<li>Jade has a mottled light to medium green body, with some dark veining.<p>
<li>Jade in good condition, with minor abrasions.<p>
