A 19th century gold portrait miniature pendant, depicting a lady, by Kenneth Macleay (1802-1878).

<li>Overall condition good.
<li>With blue glass and woven hair reverse. Seed pearl initials to the hair.
<li>Hair and seed pearl detail in good condition.
<li>Blue glass in good condition, with few minor chips around the inner edge.
<li>Glass panel in good condition.
<li>Watercolour on ivory.
<li>Painting appears in good condition, with no obvious damages bar some light scratches located left of the neck which can be seen in reflected light. Colour appears well retained.
<li>Estimated dimensions of portrait 8 by 6.7mms.
<li>Metal tests as approximately 10ct gold.
