A mid 20th century 18ct gold combination powder compact and lipstick holder, with sugarloaf sapphire cabochon highlight, by Cartier.
Engraved with crowned Tudor rose to interior.
French assay marks. Length 6.3cms. 137.1gms.

<li>Estimated visible dimensions of sapphire 9.2 by 6.8 by 4.6mms.
