A late 19th century 18ct gold and platinum, aquamarine and diamond heart brooch.
Aquamarine calculated weight 3.16cts, based on estimated dimensions of 10.3 by 10 by 5.8mms.
Estimated total diamond weight 1.75cts, G-H colour, VS-SI clarity.
French assay marks. Length 3.8cms. 8.6gms.
