ASPREY - a gentleman's chronograph wrist watch. Stainless steel case with exhibition case back. Reference 1017020, 00769-05-A. Signed automatic movement with quick date set. Purple dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to three, six and nine, date aperture between four and five. Fitted to a signed purple leather strap with signed stainless steel pin buckle. 40mm. Box and papers.

<li>Movement is currently functioning. The chronograph counts one minute, but the hour counter has not been tested due to time constraints.
<li>Movement appears to be in a generally good condition with little sign of previous intervention when viewed under a 4x loupe. Viewed through exhibition case back.
<li>Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
<li>Hands appear to be in a generally good condition.
<li>Glass appears free of significant scratches or marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
<li>Case shows light scratches and marks. There are some more moderate scratches to the sides of the case.
<li>Crown has light scratches and marking.
<li>Strap shows marks and creasing.
<li>Buckle shows marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.<p>
<p>This lot comes with a box showing light wear and papers dated 16.6.09.<p>
