A mid 20^th century 18ct gold Sri Lankan sapphire bow brooch.

Verbal from GCS, stating Sri Lanka, no heat.
Sapphire calculated weight 13.23cts, based on estimated dimensions of 16 by 11.2 by 7.1mms.
Stamped 18K. Length 3cms. 7.3gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Some general light marks and wear in keeping with age.

<li>Sapphire is a medium violet blue hue, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and some light wispy inclusions inclusions.<p>

<li>Sapphire in good condition, with few minor abrasions. Small nick to the girdle.<p>

<li>Stamped 18k.

<li>Width 2.7cms.
