A late 18th to early 19th century portrait miniature of a lady, by Andrew Plimer, within a hairwork reverse, glazed locket.

Length 9.2cms. 52gms.

<li>Small fine crack to the top of the portrait, approximately 1cm long.

<li>Stated length does not include the later base metal split ring.

<li>Possibly a later mount.

<li>Mount tests as approximately 8.5 to 9ct gold.
