An early 20th century platinum ruby and old-cut diamond two-stone ring, with rose-cut diamond shoulders.
Ruby calculated weight 0.86ct, based on estimated dimensions of 5.6 by 5.5 by 3.5mms.
Old-cut diamond estimated weight 0.70ct, I-J colour, SI clarity.
French re-strike mark. Ring size L1/2. 3.5gms.

<li>Overall condition good to fair. Evidence of repair work to the shoulders as well as resizing to the base of the band. Moderate marks and wear.
<li>Old-cut diamond appears bright, with some small nicks and abrasions to the girdle.
<li>Rose-cut diamonds appear fairly bright, with some small nicks and abrasions.
<li>Ruby is a vibrant, medium pinkish red hue, well saturated, with some typical inclusions, one surface reaching inclusion near the girdle.<p>
<li>Ruby in good condition with some small nicks and abrasions.<p>
<li>Length of ring head 1.3cms.
<li>French re-strike mark for platinum.
