A late Victorian 15ct gold enamel and split pearl star motif locket...

<li>Overall condition good. Locket appears to have been polished, with some areas of the original gilt around the central star. Dents to the surmount. Small marks and wear around the central star. Chain in good condition, with general light marks, wear and discolouration in keeping with age.

<li>Enamel appear sin god condition, with few small nicks and abrasions.

<il>Split pearl in good condition.

<li>Glass panel to inside of locket, with small shallow chip to one side and some minor nicks.

<li>Length of pendant excludes the spring ring.

<li>Width of chain 8mms.

<li>Pendant tests as approximately 15ct gold, with some of the displaying fittings testing as 10ct gold. Chain tests as approximately 9ct gold.
