An early 20th century 15ct gold and silver, turquoise and diamond cluster necklace, with detachable bracelet back-chain.
Estimated total diamond weight 4cts, predominantly G-I colour, VS-SI clarity.
Length 39.5cms. 25.7gms.

Condition Report
<li>Overall condition good. General light marks and wear in keeping with age. Safety chains deficient to clasp sections.
<li>Back chain section can be detached via clasp mechanisms. Turquoise section may be worn as a bracelet, as well as the chain back-section as a separate bracelet. Length of turquoise bracelet 18cms. Length of chain bracelet 21.5cms.
<li>Diamonds well matched. Few possibly P1 clarity or below I colour. Few with minor nicks.
<li>Diamonds bright.<p>
<li>Turquoise with fairly even colouration. One appears slightly darker and greener. Some with matrix and veining to the reverse.<p>
<li>Turquoise in good condition with minor abrasions.<p>
<li>Estimated dimensions of central turquoise 7.5 by 7 by 4.5mms.
<li>Length of central cluster 1.4cms.
<li>Metal tests approximately 15ct gold and silver.
<li>Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns. |
