A 19th century silver and gold, hardstone cameo ring, with old-cut diamond surround and pierced lattice band.
Estimated total diamond weight 0.90ct, G-I colour, VS-SI clarity.
French re-strike marks. Ring size L1/2. 7.3gms.

<li>Diamonds appear fairly bright and well matched.
<li>Agate is a light yellow hue. Possible carved to depict Demeter.
<li>Small dents and tear at the agate mount.
<li>Minor damages to the gallery.
<li>Pierced lattice shoulders appear to have monogram MA or AM, with a C in a heart below.
<li>Length of ring head 2.1cms.
