A mid 20th century gold A-Type Imperial jade cabochon ring.
With report 15733, dated 15th May 2018, from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, stating Imperial (chromium-bearing) jadeite jade, no treatment, 22-23 by 15.7 by 5.1mms.

<li>Wear to the gilt finish.

<li>Jade appears a mottled light to medium green hue, varied transluscence.
<li>Minor abrasions to cabochon.
<li>Cabochon is slightly loose within the mount, appears secure.
<li>Stamped 18k. Electronically tests as 9-12ct gold.
