A French late 19th century 18ct gold rose-cut diamond and enamel hinged bangle, depicting Eros and Psyche, signed A Meyer.

<li>Overall condition good. Enamel with some scratches and cracks. Discoloration in two places to shoulders of bangle.
<li>Diamonds appear well matched. Some with nicks and chips.
<li>Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.<p>
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>The bangle electronically tests as 18ct gold.<p>
<li>Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns.
