An early 20th century 18ct gold opal and old-cut diamond ring.
Estimated total diamond weight 0.55ct, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity.
Estimated total opal weight 1.58cts.
Stamped 18ct to mount.

<li>Overall condition fair to good.
<li>Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
<li>Colour and clarity assessment of diamonds undertaken within limitations of individual size and setting of diamonds.<p>
<li>Calculated total opal weight based estimated dimensions of 5.7 by 4.6 by 2.7mms, 7.7 by 6.6 by 2.7mms and 5.6 by 4.5 by 2.9mms.
<li>Opals of white body colour, with good play of colour across a wide spectrum. One opal with a chip, all with surface abrasion.<p>
<li>With indistinct maker's mark.
<li>Width of ring head 0.7cms.
<li>Band and mount electronically test as 18ct gold.<p>
