<li>Surface scratches, small marks and varied discolouration/dirt in keeping with wear.

<li>Some gems probable replacements, some set at slight angles, old-cut diamond is set mostly upsidedown.

<li>Some wear to claws. Emerald and pink sapphire/ruby next to it with noticeable chips.

<li>Interior does not have fittings.

<li>Estimated dimensions of cushion-shape panel 2.2 by 1.8cms.
