A late Georgian gold turquoise, ruby and emerald sentimental heart locket. Length 4.9cms....

<li>General scratches, minor marks and slight varied discolouration in keeping with age.

<li>Reverse of the locket is set with a foil back garnet within a cannetille surround. Cannetille is deficient to the lower section.

<li>Gems are in closed, presumed foil back settings.

<li>Rubies are a medium pinky red and moderately pinkish red. Emerald appears a vibrant slightly bluish green hue. Gems with minor abrasions.

<li>Turquoise are a well matched very slightly greenish blue hue. Slight matrix visible, small nicks/chips.

<li>Glass with one small deep scratch. Contains a small lock of dark hair.
